State of Children's Rights in Scotland 2013 |
Introduction
7% |
This survey will contribute to a national picture on the state of children's rights in Scotland and will help to monitor Scotland's progress in fully implementing the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The Scottish Government has recently published its submission to the 5th UK Government Report to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child. The UK will submit its report to the UN Committee in January 2014. You can download the Scottish Government's submission here: Scottish Government submission to the 5th UK Goverment report to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child
Through this survey, Together intends to explore the extent to which the progress outlined in the Scottish Government report reflects the day-to-day implementation of children's rights. We want to gather both research and anecdotal evidence to show where progress is being made to better implement the UNCRC and where more needs to be done.
You are not expected to answer every question in the survey, only those which are of direct relevance to your work with or for children and young people.
We would expect you to spend between 30 minutes to 2 hours on completing the survey depending on how many questions you choose to answer.
