On behalf of Twist Out Cancer, we want to thank you for your participation in the program! As we prepare to celebrate on April 6, 2024, it is critical that we collect key information from all Inspirations and Artists. Please take a few moments to fill out the below questionnaire that will be used for the virtual gallery and 3D art exhibition.

* 8. What is the value of artwork? Please note that the bidding process will start at 1/3 of the determined value. Inspirations will have the opportunity to purchase the artwork outright for 1.5 x the value of the artwork.

Artists please upload a high res image of your artwork, and your headshot. In addition we are requesting a 30 second video testimonial that describes the artwork that you created and what your experience was like participating in Brushes with Cancer. Please note that the video testimonial is optional. Please upload your labeled digital assets through dropbox. Please note that your submission will not be considered complete until the survey is completed and digital assets are submitted. Every artist should submit at least 4 high resolution images that are no smaller than 3mb (megabytes). If you captured images or video while completing the work of art please feel free to include that as well.

Please submit a high resolution (no smaller than 3mb) headshot and an optional 30 second video testimonial that summarizes how you have been touched by cancer and what your experience was like working with your artist. You should submit both the labeled image and video testimonial through dropbox. Please note that your submission will not be considered complete until the survey is complete and the digital assets are uploaded.
