The Southern Education Leadership Initiative (SELI) is a summer fellowship for undergraduate and graduate students who are committed to advancing racial equity and improving education across the South. SELI provides fellows with opportunities to engage in meaningful projects at organizations focused on education, policy, advocacy, and community engagement. Through this experience, fellows build their skills and contribute to efforts that make a real difference in the lives of students.
