1. Your Qualifications and Experience
OSP International LLC is currently updating the PM Prepcast and we are looking to hire consultants to join our team. This assignment would likely last for 16-24 weeks.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Assess, develop, and design training content and materials for OSP International using sound instructional design and learning principles. This includes developing and/or updating speaker notes to accompany our presentation slide deck.
- Work collaboratively with other developers, staff members, and content experts to update our PrepCast to be current with the PMI Exam Content Outline (ECO) and the PMBOK Guide 7th Edition.
- Foster continuous improvement of the PrepCast update by monitoring the quality and effectiveness of the PMP Exam Prep on-demand course.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: You must be PMP certified.
- Mandatory: You must be a native English speaker with excellent conversational and writing skills. Use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling in English must be excellent.
- Mandatory: Located in the U.S. or Canada, or in the Pacific Time, Eastern Time, Central Time, or Mountain Time Zone. (OSP project staff work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time, and will hold meetings within this time frame.)
- Mandatory: Moderate to high level of MS PowerPoint skills required.
- Mandatory: Experience teaching/developing PMP or other project management content.
- Mandatory: Ability to use Zoom, Gmail, and Slack for team coordination.
- Preferred: Experience with OSP's PM PrepCast. Ideally used to prepare for PMP Exam.
- Preferred: PMI-ACP or related Agile certification.
