One winner will be selected at random, once a week, from the entries received. The grand prize winners will be selected at random when the survey closes. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone call via the contact information provided in this form. If a selected winner does not respond and claim their prize within seven (7) days of initial contact efforts by AAPC, the winnings will be forfeit, and a new winner will be selected in their stead. Confirmed winners will be announced on social media.
