Total Access EMT 12-Week Class Application - Fall Semester (November 2022)

Thank you for taking the first step in applying to the Total Access EMT 12-week class. At the end of this application, you will be asked to pay a $200 enrollment fee before submitting your application.

Note:

This class meets Tuesday and Thursday from 5p-10p starting on 11/8/22 and through 1/26/23.
Classes are held at the Bridgeton Total Access Urgent Care at 12409 St. Charles Rock Rd, Bridgeton, MO 63044
There will be 3 mandatory skills weekends on Dec 3-4, Jan 7-8, and Jan 21-22 from 8a-4p

We will process your application and reach out within the week for next steps. Please be prepared to pay the remaining $1000 tuition before the first day of class. At this time, we are not offering any payment plans.
