Award Information & Nomination Form

This award honours and recognizes the volunteerism of an individual or group who has significantly contributed to the growth of the Toronto ICF Chapter and the advancement of the coaching profession locally, nationally, or globally.
Eligibility
  • An ICF Toronto Chapter member in good standing
  • Nominated by a peer and may include nomination by an ICF Toronto Chapter Board member
  • Nomination is endorsed by one other chapter member's Letter of Reference
  • Self-nominations are accepted with two Letters of Reference
  • Contact information for the person(s) providing the Letter(s) of Reference to be included in this nomination form. Please refer to guidance provided on page 3 below.
  • Board members are eligible to be nominated three years after their term ends
