Governor Lee recently announced he will call for the Tennessee General Assembly to convene a special legislative session on August 21, 2023, to “strengthen public safety and preserve constitutional rights.” 
 
Please see the following short survey to help the Chamber determine our position on any proposed legislation in the special session. In addition to the questions, we allow a comment section for each question to ensure your voice is heard. Please note that the Chamber strives to get appropriate business feedback on important public policy issues. This survey is intended to gather opinions on this important policy from business leaders and does not represent an endorsement of any specific policy or position.
