Aldgate In Winter Festival 2024 - Artist Open Call

Aldgate Connect BID is pleased to announce that the Aldgate in Winter Festival will be returning for its 8th edition on Friday 6th December 2024!

The Aldgate in Winter Festival will once again bring back everyone’s favourites, including the Lantern Parade, live performances on The Aldgate Stage, a Community Feast, creative making workshops, and more.

This Artist Open Call is now live for submissions! The festival remains filled with community spirit and we are excited to offer the opportunity for anyone and everyone to be in for the chance to perform on The Aldgate Stage, whether you love to sing, dance in a group, or want to show off your secret talent.

Please note that this is a community event and is an unpaid opportunity for artists.
Full timings will be confirmed closer to the time, currently the plan includes:
3.30pm - 5.00pm – The Aldgate Stage
5.00pm - 6.00pm – Lantern Parade
6.00pm - 7.30pm – The Aldgate Stage

Please note that programming times will be allocated by the Event Team, with priority of earlier slots given to children.

Please note the deadline for applications is 6pm on Friday 15th November, and the Event Team will be in touch with you to discuss your application by the following week.
