As our workforce development sector continues to evolve, we recognize the need for collaboration and innovation to drive meaningful change. First Work invites you to submit a presentation proposal for the Futures Workforce Development Conference taking place in-person on October 25-27, 2023 at Blue Mountain Resort.
This year’s theme - Shaping Futures 2023 – signifies a proactive approach to shaping and influencing the trajectory of workforce development practices, policies, and strategies in the coming year and beyond. Attracting over 300 professions in the workforce development sector, the conference will focus on forward thinking, innovation, and adaptability in response to the evolving needs of the workforce. It will highlight taking an active role in shaping the future landscape of the employment and workforce development sector.
SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL HERE:
Speakers can submit more than one proposal for consideration. Presenters are encouraged to collaborate with peers and members of other industries to share new concepts and practices that could lead to learnings and innovations in our sector.
