As businesses start to return to pre-COVID operations, owners are experiencing issues in finding and retaining employees to operate at maximum capacity. CLA sent out surveys in 2020 to help us understand how the pandemic affected the industry and we shared results with those who completed the survey. 

CLA is doing a similar survey on the worker shortage to use this data to provide support and resources to our industry.
