Measuring your committee's effectiveness will assess how your committee is functioning, provide an understanding of what is working well, and identify areas that may need improvement. Your committee should be evaluated and assessed to ensure they continue to prevent injury and illness in the workplace. This self-assessment follows Newfoundland and Labrador provincial legislation and can be completed by any individual on the committee or as a group.
 
There are 25 questions that take an average of 10-15 minutes to complete. Once completed, you will receive a graded report (out of 100%) and feedback for each question. You can print and share these with your committee.
