SVS members are invited to nominate individuals for the SVS offices being voted on at the June 2016 Vascular Annual Meeting®. Nominees should have been an SVS member for at least 10 years and should have served on one or more of the following: SVS committee, council, advisory group or the Board of Directors. For each officer vacancy, provide the nominee’s name, city and state, and a short descriptive statement about the individual’s qualifications for the position.
