Stanislaus Community Summit Survey
This survey requests community feedback on the draft goals identified by the 2021 Stanislaus homeless strategic planning process. Since January 2021, the Stanislaus Homeless Alliance in collaboration with the Stanislaus Community System of Care, has collected over 1,000 community responses detailing feedback and priorities to address homelessness across the entire community.
This feedback has been distilled into 7 draft goals to address homelessness community-wide. We are seeking your feedback on whether these goals align with community priorities so only goals that reflect these priorities are included in the final strategic plan. The final plan will also outline community barriers to effectively addressing homelessness, identify gaps in resource, and make recommendations on how to make the homeless system of care more equitable and inclusive.
Please note, the final strategic plan will not make mandates for specific cities or entities, instead it will include the concerns and feedback gathered from each City and unincorporated area and make broad community-wide recommendations through goal setting. Please note the goals outlined in the strategic plan are not mandatory but instead present community-sourced recommendations to address homelessness in Stanislaus County. This survey will close on June 7, 2021.
