Compassionate Addiction Medicine 2024 |
Demographic Information
The Washington Society of Addiction Medicine (WSAM), the WA Legislature, the WA Health Care Authority, CHOICES organization, the Women and Addiction Group (WAG), FIRST Clinic, and the BREE are grateful for your interest in attending our wellness and addiction summit dedicated to compassionate whole person health for women, birthing people, children, family members and people with SUD..
Registration for this event is a 2-step process.
1. Complete a pre-event survey.
As part of the event’s registration process, we would like to ask for your participation in this survey to provide us with a foundational understanding of your experience with the received education and your confidence towards treating and managing patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) or substance use disorder (SUD). This information will ensure we offer teaching content that optimizes care for people with OUD or SUD.
Some of these questions may be challenging or silly to answer. Please know that your responses will guide us in our efforts to facilitate safe and compassionate care for people with OUD or SUD. All information provided in this survey is confidential and will be handled with care and integrity. No information will be shared with any individual or entity. Only the collective data will be used to inform care practices. If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, please email Vania Rudolf at vania.rudolf@swedish.org.
2. At the end of this survey, the final question will provide a link to register for this event. You must finish the survey step to complete your registration.
As noted above, you will be provided a link to register for this event in the form of a final question at the end of this survey, thank you.
