ABN.... "Doing it differently". Hi Bookkeepers, it's Kelvin here. What a tough twelve months it's been as we hit the one year mark since Covid impacted businesses across Australia and once again Bookkeepers were in the front line delivering much needed support with Jobkeeper claims, cashflow management and generally just lending a hand to ensure maximum business survival rates. Hats off to all of you, you are nothing short of amazing.
Like last year we are going to do our survey into 2 parts:
Part A (This survey) will take a deep dive into Industry Issues to give you a voice on the most important issues impacting you and your business. It should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and results will be provided directly into your inbox on finalisation and analysis of responses.
Part B (In September) will be a survey seeking financial data in order to continue to build on the data collected from previous benchmarking surveys as to the profitability and financial KPI's of a bookkeeping business.
There is no better way to share your thoughts and have a say on your industry than to undertake this survey.
