Conference Emcee - 2026
Conference Emcees serve on an annual basis from June - June. In addition to emceeing on stage they help plan the educational content and secure speakers for both Winter Insights and Summer Insights conferences. PIMA is seeking volunteers to serve in this role. PIMA iMPACT Awards Judge (ACTIVELY RECRUITING - WINTER 2025)
The membership committee is looking for volunteers to assess nominations against the judging rubric (in April) and meet (in May) to review the results and finalize award winners. Judges must sign an agreement to keep nominations and winners confidential.

Legislative & Regulatory Interest Group Member
The L&R Interest Group is looking for volunteers to provide insights for the online Community plus L&R webinars, conference sessions and State Updates.

Programming Committee
The Programming Committee assists the Board in its review and oversight, at a strategic level, of the work supporting the association’s educational component of the strategic plan. The Chair is appointed by the PIMA President. The Committee is governed by a Charter.

Sponsorship Committee
The Sponsorship Committee grows PIMA sponsorships by increasing awareness of the value of supporting an organization committed to the affinity market. The Chair is appointed by the PIMA President. The Committee is governed by a Charter.

Board of Directors
The PIMA Board of Directors is the policy-making body for PIMA. It determines mission, strategic direction, and priorities (for budget & programs), as well as being visible external representatives to the membership and industry.
