VH School Lunch Need March 23-27

The Viborg-Hurley School District plans to provide a free grab-and-go sack lunch for each VH student for the week of March 23 - 27. Grab and Go distribution will take place from 11:30am - 12:30pm at the front doors of the Viborg Building and front doors of the Hurley Building. Please indicate whether you would be interested in your child/children receiving this service by completing the survey below:

3.How many sack lunches will you need per day?
4.What location will you be picking up the lunches?
5.Will you be able to pick up the lunches at the location(s) from 11:30am - 12:30pm?
6.If you are unable to pick up your lunches at the location(s) during the specified time, please provide a contact number for the school to contact you.
