Welcome to the North East CMA's survey on RCS progress and opportunities
The North East Regional Catchment Strategy (RCS) provides an integrated planning framework or ‘blueprint’ for management of land, water and biodiversity resources in our catchment. It is the overarching strategy for directing actions to improve the catchments health, under which there are sub-strategies and action plans that guide implementation of government and community priorities.
The current six-year RCS started in 2013. Evaluation of the RCS’s performance is measured and communicated through the North East CMA’s Annual Report. However, to gain a deeper understanding of the RCS’s overall progress towards achieving its vision and strategic objectives a Mid-term Review is now underway. The Mid-term Review also provides an opportunity to prepare for development of the next RCS due in 2019.

The North East CMA is interested in capturing what the community see as major achievements over the last 3 years in natural resource management and identify emerging issues and gaps. This survey should take around 5 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous. This survey closes on November 20th 2016.
