2.ACRE wants to know how you are doing and what your needs are!  Thinking about the four areas from Coworkers in the Vineyard what are two of your greatest successes during the past two years?  Consider:
Human Formation...developing human qualities and character, fostering a healthy and well-balanced personality, including psychological health, work-life balance, self-knowledge of strengths, gifts, and charisms.

Spiritual Formation...arousing and animating a true hunger for holiness and a living union with Jesus Christ including personal prayer, spiritual direction, and spiritual practices.

Intellectual Formation...Developing your understanding and appreciation of the Catholic Faith and other disciplines needed for ministry including education, philosophy, and leadership.  This could include scripture and it’s interpretation, dogmatic theology, church history, pastoral theology, canon law covered through group studies, lectures and discussion.

Pastoral Formation... cultivating knowledge, attitudes, and skills that pertain directly to functioning in a ministry setting including methods for forming others, pastoral skills, administration, leadership, volunteer management, etc.
