The purpose of the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER III or ARP ESSER) is to help schools and districts safely reopen and sustain the safe operation of schools over the next several years. ESSER-funded activities must respond to the academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of all students, and particularly those disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. ESSER III requires districts to reserve 20% of their allocation to address lost instructional time with evidence-based interventions.

The Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School District is seeking feedback from stakeholders to understand community priorities for the use of ESSER III funds as we move into the recovery phase of the COVID-19 pandemic.
