Sign-Up to Have a Free PRONTO Card Mailed to You
PRONTO, the new fare collection system for MTS and NCTD, launches September 1. We're celbrating with free rides* all September, for anyone with a PRONTO Card or the PRONTO mobile app!
Complete this form by August 15, 2021 to have a free PRONTO Card mailed to you by September 1. (Submissions recevied after August 15 do not guarantee dleivery by September 1. You may go to an in-person outreach event to pick-up a PRONTO card, or download the PRONTO app in the Apple or Google stores.) Some important notes:
This list is only for 'Adult' PRONTO Cards. Riders who qualify for a reduced fare (Senior, Disabled, Medicare and Youth) should contact the PRONTO Support Center (619-595-5636), visit an MTS outreach event or visit the MTS Transit Store for a new reduced fare card.
Limit one PRONTO Card per person.
PRONTO Cards will only be mailed within San Diego County.
*Free rides in September only available with a PRONTO Card or PRONTO mobile app. COASTER, LIFT and MTS Access excluded.
