Breastfeeding Basics Training Registration
What is Breastfeeding Basics?
A training for non-breastfeeding professionals and community members that provides up to date information regarding normal breastfeeding and common challenges for mothers and family members. Persons who complete this training are able to advocate for breastfeeding, provide factual information to families, and communicate why breastfeeding is best for both mother and baby. Attendees will also learn about breastfeeding support and education provided by WIC, as well as other community breastfeeding resources.
