Minnesota River Headwaters WRAPS Survey

This survey will be used to gather opinions and input to guide in the development of a citizen networking group and also a watershed wide plan that state, county and local agencies will use for project implementation, program development, and local water planning.  A key component to the project is to gather the concerns, suggestions, and support of our local landowners, residents, agriculture producers, local officials, sportsman's groups, and anyone else interested in improving our local water resources.
