What is the purpose of this survey?
We want to understand the quality of life of Veterans living with Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs), the treatments they receive, their exposure history, and any cardiovascular complications.
What do I have to do to participate?
You will be asked to fill out a 15-minute, multiple choice and short answer survey about your MPN treatment, cardiovascular complications, quality of life, and exposure history. You can skip any question you don't want to answer, or you don't feel comfortable answering.
