The Department of Psychiatry invites you to their upcoming Diversity, Inclusion, Culture, and Equity (DICE) Grand Rounds, “Working as a Team to Develop and Maintain Psychological Safety in the Workplace."

This presentation will focus on ways to identify and understand what it means to have and maintain a psychologically safe work environment. The Health Home Care Management team will also discuss specific concrete steps taken to foster this environment, and the ongoing challenges of and specific strategies for maintaining a psychologically-safe work environment long term.
