The Anvil Place Commercial Space is vacant at 51 West Main Street in New Britain. We want to turn it into a space local residents and businesses want to use and visit in Downtown New Britain. With the following questions, you get to provide feedback on what type of uses you would like to see in the Anvil Place Commercial Space.
 
 
We are currently working to secure funding to add bathrooms and a kitchen to the Anvil Place Commercial Space (as well as other improvements) so that it can be functional for various uses and your responses will help us understand what uses are most desired (ex: event space, co-working space, theater space).
 
 
We want Anvil Place Commercial Space to improve the quality of life for residents, workers and visitors!
