50K Coalition National Forum Data Collection Survey |

Dear National Forum Participant:
On behalf of the 50k Coalition Leadership Circle, we thank you for accepting the 50K's invitation to participate in our National Forum to discuss evidence-based perspectives and promising practices for improving engineering transfers among black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) and women engineering students.
The National Forum's goal is to share and learn about promising practices, concepts, and tools our nation's community colleges and four-year schools implement to provide black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) and women engineering students pathways to a bachelor's degree. To help us move towards this goal, we would like to collect information from you regarding any program or initiative you are implementing to improve BIPOC and women engineering students' engineering transfers.
Please take some time and answer the eight (8) questions on the following page. The survey should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete. Please respond to the survey no later than Monday, May 3, 2021. The 50K Coalition will share this data with those attending the May 6th National Forum and other thought leaders better to understand our BIPOC and women engineering student's needs and challenges.
