The annual Absence Management and Wellbeing Survey provides organisations across Australia with the most comprehensive benchmarks into absenteeism and wellbeing in the workplace. This is the 14th edition of the survey, which covers employers across a wide range of industries and the public sector.
This year’s survey will measure and report on the challenges faced by workplaces throughout 2024.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It is best completed by an HR representative who has access to absenteeism statistics and knowledge of HR practices.
All participants who complete the survey receive a complimentary copy of the 2025 survey report.
Before beginning the survey, please be sure you have access to your absence data, including the average number of working days lost per employee per annum from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, and the percent of absence rate for your business. This information will be necessary to complete the survey.
