Demonstrating CHW Outcomes: WI CHW Network Conference

Call for presenters

The Research & Evaluation Committee of the WI CHW Network is seeking panelists for a conference session that highlights the effectiveness of CHWs. We are looking for data-driven projects that show how CHWs improved outcomes. Presentations should highlight data outcomes about chronic conditions such as diabetes, blood pressure, birth outcomes, etc.
