Thank you for participating in this research. This survey aims to evaluate how helpful users find the Genius Finder, focusing on the assessment outputs, including reports, recommendations, and strategies.

We will also ask for your insights on:
  • Your general wellbeing over the past two weeks.
  • Psychological safety in your workplace.
  • Your performance effectiveness over the past four weeks.

It should take no more than 10 - 15 minutes.

Your responses will help us understand the impact of the Genius Finder and how it relates to workplace experiences and outcomes. Please note that all responses are anonymized and will be used solely for research purposes.
