Universal Bar Alfresco Upgrade |
The Survey questions below are to ascertain support for our alfresco area;
Despite operating an outdoor licensed area for over two decades, Universal Bar is planning to upgrade its Alfresco area on William Street.
The upgrades will see a brand new raised decking area, with new furniture and overhead festoon lighting. This upgrade will give patrons the flexibility to order a drink from a mobile bar and also to be able to enjoy the facilities while standing and mingling, which currently is not allowed in most alfresco areas in the City of Perth. We will also be seeking to increase the maximum number of patrons in the Alfresco area from 26 to 38.
Universal Bar is trying to do something different and more contemporary for a modern capital city, and we need your support to obtain approval from the Department of Local Government, Sports, Culture and Industry to obtain a variation to our extended trading permit on terms that will allow this to happen;
