JAYRAMON is conducting a listening survey to gather insights on the state of listening in workplaces. This anonymous survey will provide an opportunity for anyone to share their thoughts and experiences on the topics of listening related to four areas: feeling heard, company culture, listening as an opportunity for professional growth and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The results of this survey will further inform our efforts to continuously improve a culture of active and effective workplace listening.
