Please note that the leadership program may include Group Dynamics learning to study the conscious and subconscious dynamics within diverse community groups. The experiential learning can be stimulating and enriching, but it can also be emotionally impactful or confrontational. We respect individual boundaries and encourage applicants who may experience significant personal difficulties or be intensely emotionally triggered by views or behaviors different from their own to forgo participating in the program at this time. Participation in Group Dynamic learning is optional and an integrated tool for comprehensive learning.

The leadership program is an educational endeavor and does not provide psychotherapy or direct counseling services.

Before starting the online application form, all applicants are strongly encouraged to download the application prep document and complete the following:
  1. Review all questions in the application prep document;
  2. Request your two (2) required letters of recommendation right away;
  3. Draft and edit your responses;
  4. Collect and assemble the required attachments: recommendation letters, resume, professional bio, and headshot; and,
  5. Only after you’ve completed items 1-4 above, then copy and paste the final draft of your responses into the online application form and upload all required attachments.
Please note that the preparation document is not a substitute for completing the online application form and will not be accepted in its place.
