Website Feedback Survey

Dear members and friends,

Down Syndrome Australia is working with the state and territory Down syndrome associations to build a new national website.

The new website is for people with Down syndrome, their families and friends; as well as for health professionals, educators, disability and advocacy organisations, government, media and others.

The new site will be up and running early next year.

We value very much your input into this project, and would like to ask you a few questions so that we can build a new site that meets your needs. Could you tell us please:
1.What state or territory do you live in?
2.What do you like about your state or territory Down Syndrome website?
3.What do you like about the national DSA website?
4.What do you dislike about your state or territory website?
5.What do you dislike about the national DSA website?
6.Which website do you access most frequently?
7.What do you feel is missing from Down syndrome websites?
8.Where else do you go to get information about Down syndrome?
9.Do you have any other comments?
Thank you for being part of this initiative. If you would like further information, or would like to provide additional feedback, please contact Down Syndrome Australia.
