This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. This survey is part of a research study. WestEd, a non-profit research and development agency that aims to improve education for all learners, is studying innovative mathematics programs. The researchers want to learn about your experience with Almost Fun.
Participation is voluntary
Your participation in the study is strictly voluntary and will in no way affect your ability to use the Almost Fun program. Agreeing or not agreeing to take this survey will not affect any current or future opportunities with Almost Fun. This agreement is completely voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw your consent, to any aspect of the study, at any time without any prejudice or penalty.
