PARENT AND COMMUNITY SURVEY |
Zion Elementary School District 6 is requesting your input on our facilities as part of the District's Facilities Master Planning process. The Facilities Master Plan focuses on the district's buildings to ensure they are supporting the district goals and objectives outlined in the District’s Strategic Plan. The responses to this questionnaire will be included in the analysis of the facilities. The facilities will be assessed in the following categories: physical condition, how well the buildings support educational and administrative processes, and each building’s capacity as it relates to changes in population over time. Your input will assist us in determining what is currently working well and what could be improved in the future. The outcome of the Facilities Master Plan analysis will be a roadmap for the future to ensure the facilities adequately support student success. We very much appreciate your input.
