George Hull Centre Strategic Planning Survey
The George Hull Centre for Children and Families is in the exciting process of developing a new strategic plan and has been fortunate to engage a highly regarded consulting firm, Optimus SBR, to support this process. Through the strategic planning process, we want to shed light on important issues in children’s mental health and uncover the most promising opportunities to guide us as we plan for the best future for children and families, and our dedicated team.
Feedback from our key stakeholders and partners is an important input into the planning process, and we are seeking your participation in the following survey. The questions will help us gain insights on what the Centre should focus on to ensure a bright future for children, youth, and their families.
This survey should take 10-15 minutes. All survey results will be confidential and anonymous and in no way identifies respondents.
Please note: As a token of our thanks, you may share your email address in the space provided, at the end of the survey, to be entered into a draw for a gift card. Please note that this is not a requirement, but if you do choose to enter the draw, your responses will remain anonymous. All data is being collected and analyzed by an independent third party. The Centre will not have access to the survey results.
Thank you for participating in the Strategic Planning Survey, and we look forward to sharing our new Strategic Plan with you over the coming months.
