Mental Health Commission Stakeholder Forum Application Form

The Mental Health Commission (MHC) has an opportunity for individuals with lived experience of mental health difficulties to join its Stakeholder Forum.

The purpose of the Stakeholder Forum is to provide valuable feedback to the MHC on ongoing and future work in regulating mental health services. The Stakeholder Forum will play an important role in helping the MHC to understand the needs, experiences and views of current or potential service users.

Mental Health Reform (MHR) will host the Stakeholder Forum on behalf of the MHC. MHR will be responsible for the recruitment and induction of Forum members and the coordination of Forum meetings. MHR will be the main point of contact for Forum members.

If you would like to apply to become a member of the Stakeholder Forum, please complete this application form by Wednesday, 10th April.
