Our researchers are particularly interested in hearing about the ways that you automated your procedures, launched new technology platforms or transformed your products or distribution channels.

Have you transformed your claims process? Have you changed your products to create new revenue streams? Have you solved a long-standing pain point for your customers?

Entries should primarily focus on initiatives introduced and results achieved in the calendar year 2021.
