AES- High Risk Employee (HRE) Survey

To: All North Slope Employees

ConocoPhillips is requiring that we perform this survey to obtain information that will help protect the health and safety of our North Slope employees. We anticipate that additional clients will require a survey as well, so we are completing the survey field-wide. The information will be used to provide additional support, monitoring, and potential mitigation measures for employees considered at “high risk” for severe illness from COVID-19 under the criteria provided by the Center for Disease Control. AES will treat your responses as confidential and your personally identifiable medical information will not be shared with our clients.
