- Explain how high quality RTITB Accredited/Driver CPC training is delivered to customers
- Explain how outstanding results are achieved and the impact the results have had on customer safety
- Explain how candidate satisfaction is ensured
- Explain how training is evaluated and continuously improved
- Include pass rates where applicable/relevant
- Where you can, include metrics that demonstrate safety improvements that your customers have achieved as a results of your training, this will be beneficial to your submission
- Include any additional qualities that make your company stand out
