1. Introduction and Purpose of Study
You are being asked to participate in a research study focused on divorce within the Orthodox Jewish community. The purpose of this study is to enhance our understanding of the unique challenges and factors that contribute to divorce in this specific cultural and religious context. By participating in this research, you will play a vital role in shedding light on the circumstances surrounding divorce within the Orthodox Jewish community.

 2. Description of the Research
As a participant in this study, you will be asked to complete a survey on divorce in the Orthodox Jewish community covering demographics, marriage details, divorce factors, and personal experiences.

 3. Subject Participation
To participate in this study, you must be at least 18 years of age, currently or previously identified with a segment of Orthodox Judaism, and have experienced a divorce process. Your involvement is entirely voluntary, and the survey is designed to take approximately 15 minutes to complete, depending on the length of your responses.

  4. Potential Risks and Discomforts 
In order to minimize risks and safeguard your confidentiality, all data will be collected anonymously. Participants are not required to provide any identifying information, such as names, birthdates, or email addresses, on the surveys. There are no anticipated risks associated with this survey.

5.  Potential Benefits
Participants in this study may not receive direct benefits from their involvement. However, their contributions play a crucial role in advancing our understanding of divorce within the Orthodox Jewish community. By sharing their experiences and insights, participants help researchers gather valuable data that can lead to improvements in support systems, interventions, and the overall well-being of individuals facing challenges related to divorce in this community.

 6.  Confidentiality
Your participation in this study is completely confidential, and all responses are entirely anonymous. You will be identified by a unique number, not by name or any identifying information. Data will be collected using Survey Monkey and securely stored by the investigator. If the study results are published, your personal identity will remain undisclosed.

7.  Voluntary Participation and Withdrawal from Study
Your decision to participate in this study is completely voluntary. If you decide to participate in this study, you may withdraw from your participation at any time without penalty.

8. Concerns about the Study
