Conditions surrounding the pandemic have led Starlight to move its 2020 Blue Star Awards Ceremony to an online format with no in-venue attendees. The now-virtual celebration of all schools, nominees and winners will premiere at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 31. The video will be available live on Starlight’s Facebook page at
