RIDE School Readiness Assessment Survey |

Congratulations on your school's decision to participate in the RIDE All Inclusive Device Solution initiative. This is a significant undertaking which will affect the daily lives of all members of your learning community. This tool was designed by veteran one-to-one educators for CDWG to help participating schools quickly and accurately evaluate their needs and assess their overall readiness for a one-to-one initiative. It may be the single most important factor in ensuring your program has a significant impact on your institutional goals and your specific objectives.
This survey takes approximately 45 minutes and will gather both quantitative and qualitative information about your specific situation. We highly encourage the inclusion of key faculty, tech staff and administrators in both the completion of the survey and the review call. We also recommend you have your Network, Technology & Strategic Plans available for reference.
Upon submission, CDWG staff will contact you to schedule a timely, one-hour review of the survey. Based on your responses, we will select a consultant to review the survey prior to this call. During the call they will discuss Red Flag Areas of Concern and then spend the balance of the time reviewing the topics you designate as your highest priorities.
After the call, the CDWG project team will prepare a preliminary scope of work for your implementation as well as a white paper that discusses Best Practicies for One-to-One implementation.
If you're not able to complete the entire survey at once, you can exit and come back to it from the same computer to finish. Also, please indicate where appropriate that you have completed the survey. This will inform us that you are ready to be contacted to schedule your review.
