Education: BSc / BE Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Packages for plant modifications:
Carryout detail engineering and preparation of mechanical package after evaluation of MOC according to work procedure.
To get review / approve the mechanical package along with reference documents / specifications from SH. Also to verify the design package at site.
The mechanical package will be issued for review / comments after detail design verification, review & approval from SH.
Present mechanical packages in Sub HSE (M) for approval and subsequent issuance of Final Mechanical packages for execution.
Provide assistance in diagnostic and trouble shooting of piping / Equipment / Steel Structure related problems in day-to-day plant operation as referred by the respective unit and prepare repair procedures.
Conduct the piping stress analysis & steel structure analysis via Auto Pipe & STAAD PRO respectively, if required.
Technical reviews / Assistance
Review of design proposals according to deign codes & standards.
Technical review of specifications / details for material and equipment ordering.
Participation in Sub HSE (M) meetings and prepare MOMs
Prepare the WPS (welding procedure specification) for repair work
Technical report writing for design studies for repair/trouble shooting.
Design & issuance of BOX-UP clamps drawings to rectify the plant leakages.
Review the excavation certificate to check & ensure safe execution with respect to underground utilities.
