EA FY24 Parent Survey - Roxana JH

When parents talk with their children early and often about alcohol and other drugs, they can protect them from many of the associated high-risk behaviors. Please assist us to create a community campaign that will give parents and guardians information on talking to youth about alcohol use.
Chestnut Health Systems provides youth prevention services in East Alton and surrounding areas.  We thank all parents and guardians that provide feedback in this survey.
