Guelph Wellington Older Adult Survey

INTRODUCTION

The Guelph Wellington Seniors Association is committed to making sure the needs of older adults in Guelph and Wellington County are met. We would like to thank the following partners for their support with this project:

* County of Wellington

* Guelph Food Bank

* Guelph Public Library

* Guelph-Wellington Local Immigration Partnership

* Wellington County Library.

If you are aged 55+, and live in either Guelph or Wellington County, we need your input to help design and deliver services which will inform the development of an Older Adults Strategy for the Guelph Wellington area. Survey results will inform a number of things over the next 10-15 years.

A little about the survey, which will close on October 15, 2024.

a) All your answers will be confidential - nothing will be connected to you directly. We may use some quotes from you, but no names. The only person who will see the actual results will be the Project Consultant, Nancy Dubois.

b) Once you start the survey, you can stop and come back to it later AS LONG AS YOU USE THE SAME DEVICE (computer, phone, iPad etc.) WHEN YOU COME BACK TO FINISH IT.

d) If there is an asterisk (*) before a question, that means you must answer that question before moving on in the survey.

We know this is a long survey. There is so much we want to learn from you. You might want to sit with a neighbour, friend, or family member to complete this over your beverage of choice.
