If you haven’t already done so, we recommend you read the accompanying Business Mentoring Pack before starting this form, to ensure you understand the terms and conditions of the programme The Goldsmiths' Centre Business Mentoring Pack for Mentors
Application Form This application will need to be completed in one session, which is estimated to take up to 5 minutes. You will need to have relevant support documentation e.g. an image of yourself ready to upload.
Receipt and notification Upon receiving your application form, you will receive an email from applications@goldsmiths-centre.org – please check your junk mail and add this email to your safe list. If you have not heard back from us before the deadline, please contact us to check that your application has been received.
You will be notified in the autumn about the outcome of your mentorship.
