EXHIBITION TERMS
  • All exhibitor cancellations MUST be received in writing to the conference organiser.
  • Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the conference date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will not be given to cancellations received within 3 weeks of the conference date.
  • In the event the conference is cancelled due to government imposed COVID-19 restrictions a full refund will be provided.
  • Upon confirming your exhibition requirements, you will be sent an Exhibition Agreement and tax invoice for payment. If payment has not been made by the due date provided the space may be reassigned or resold.
  • Exhibitors are solely responsible for any loss or damage related to their display. Valuables should not be left unattended atany time during the conference.
  • All promotional material, furniture and products must be kept within the assigned space.
